According to the South African dancer and TV presenter, 34, if you want the ‘smoothest’ skin, you’ll need to stock up on a £1.50 shower gel from Superdrug.

Oti, who recently revealed that her real name is actually Otlile, explained that the beauty buy will leave your skin feeling ‘moisturised’ for hours.

The star, who shimmied her way to stardom on Strictly Come Dancing and left viewers in tears on I’m a Celeb as she opened up about her family tragedy, previously revealed her skincare secret to Good Housekeeping.

The Dancing On Ice judge, who welcomed her first baby with husband Marius Iepure at the end of 2023 and has become the new face and body of Sanex, revealed: “I use their Moisturising Shower Gel every day, and it makes me feel so good.”

She explained: “My skin feels moisturised when I come out of the shower and the smoothness lasts for hours.

“I’m addicted to that feeling of soft skin.

“I love going about my day and feeling my skin is happy and healthy.”

But whilst Oti raves about the cheap high-street buy, skincare hasn’t always been at the top of her to-do-list.

She explained that her healthy skin regime has evolved as she has gotten older, as she admitted: “When I was in my 20s, I didn’t have a skin regime.

“I would sleep with my make-up, and go out wearing it the next day.

“Then in my 30s I looked in the mirror and was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I need to care for my skin.’ It was tired and very dry.”

But now, Oti is religious about double cleansing and following a daily skincare regime, as she confessed: “It’s not to try to be younger, it’s to feel good.

How To Save Money On Beauty Buys

IF your purse is feeling tighter than ever before and you’re looking to save cash on your make-up routine, have you ever thought of trying out beauty dupes?

Here’s five of the best recommended beauty buys that are almost identical to the posh versions, but for a fraction of the price.

FACE BASE: If you can’t afford Charlotte Tilbury’s £52 Magic Cream, why not try a dupe that costs just £5.49 from Superdrug?

TONE IT UP: If Drunk  Elephant’s £62 Protini moisturiser is out of your price range, you’ll need to check out the new dupe in Home Bargains.

TINTING IT: With Fenty’s ‘game-changer’ skin tint costing an eye-watering £29, a popular supermarket’s affordable alternative might just be the thing for you.

GET COVERED: At £29 for a Tarte concealer, the new Primark dupe is much more affordable at just £3.50.

SPRAY YAY: For those wanting to smell fresh, without the price tag, Aldi’s new Prada and Chloe perfume dupes cost a fraction of the price.

Not only this, but she also loves the £34 Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation, which she wears in the shade 15.5.

She shared: “I’ve got all the Charlotte Tilbury stuff. I use the foundation, the contour, the eyeliner, the mascara. I love it all.”

But that’s not all, as she’s also a lover of the Huda Beauty Matte Obsessions Warm Eyeshadow Palette, which is £29.

The mum-of-one, who is currently make-up free on the hit ITV show, revealed: “I like tonal eye colours. Huda’s are really good because they suit my skin colour, and are natural and neutral. I don’t like putting glitter on my eyes.

“The makeup I wore on Strictly Come Dancing was amazing, but it wouldn’t be the look I would personally wear.”
