Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake mostly keep their kids out of the public eye, but they recently stepped out for a special reason. The 7th Heaven alum joined her sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4, on their runway debut on Nov. 16, and the photos are so sweet!
The mother and sons went to the Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show along with Biel’s niece Zaya, 5, who is the daughter of Biel’s brother Justin Biel and his wife Rose. Zaya has Down syndrome and was honored as GLOBAL’s Ambassador at the event, which shows how close the family is.
“Last night was truly special at the #BeBeautifulBeYourself fashion show,” Biel wrote on Instagram yesterday. “Walking the runway with my amazing niece @lovelyzayab was an unforgettable honor. Huge thanks to the @globaldownsyndrome foundation for creating such a profound, empowering event and for all the incredible work you do. My heart is so full. ♥️”
In the photos she shared, Biel was glowing in a black gown with feathers as she held her niece, dressed in a white tulle dress with a pink ribbon and flowers in her braided hair. Zaya walked ahead on the runway, with Biel holding her sons’ hands and walking behind her. Phineas, whose face was blurred in the pictures, wore a t-shirt printed with a blue bowtie and suspenders, paired with khaki pants with brown patches. Silas, whose face was also blurred, wore a white button down and oversized black blazer over khaki pants.
“All the feels!!!! ❤️❤️❤️” Timberlake commented on the sweet photos.
In an interview on Live With Kelly & Mark, the Candy star opened up her sons’ sibling relationship. “Because they’re not best friends yet but you know, [Phineas] wants to do everything. He’s his buddy,” Biel said. “Wherever Silas goes, he follows. Whatever he’s doing, he wants to play the same thing and all of those things.”
But one thing the boys do have in common? Their love of the entertainment just like their famous parents! “They are definitely showing us that they have that kind of interest in singing, acting, performing,” Biel said. “My older one is very funny, loves the jokes, kind of hammy. Into being a DJ. My little one is like Mick Jagger. He’s like, microphone, and dancing and ‘give me the spotlight.’ It’s crazy how they are who they are.”
