I’m A Celeb’s Sam Thompson beg producers to check on campmate after they ‘go missing’

SAM Thompson has pleaded with I’m A Celebrity producers to check on Barry McGuigan.

The reigning King of the Jungle appeared worried about the boxer who went “missing” during last night’s episode.

Barry is the oldest contestant in camp this year at 63.

Sam said last night on spin-off show Unpacked: “I worry about Barry.

“The rain won’t help because it does affect some people more.

“I didn’t see him at all this episode and just need someone to put his arm around him.”

Since the show launch, Barry’s struggled to get stars as he was let down by his eyesight.

Last night he appeared furious when the camp was punished for having contraband.

Dean McCullough had been hiding tea bags to treat his co-stars in the jungle – before they were banished by bosses.

Melvin Odoom – who won ten cupcakes in a challenge – was forced to return to camp with half of that because of the stashed tea bags.

Noticing Barry’s reaction, one fan said: “Barry is going to lose his rag the quickest.. The man is starving. I am here for this.”

Someone else said: “Barry is fuminggg about the teabags he just wanted a whole cupcake bless his HEART I want to protect him at all costs.”

Another added: “Barry isn’t enjoying himself at all. I predict he’ll quit before Sunday.”
