Chilling timelapse vid shows Putin’s usually twitchy hands not moving an INCH during 8min speech after despot ‘vanished’

A CHILLING video has shown how Vladimir Putin’s typically fidgety hands did not move at all for eight minutes straight in a speech during his mysterious two-week public absence.

This sped-up video came after rumours of the tyrant’s ill health have swirled following a series of “pre-recorded” meetings aired by the Kremlin.

Conspiracy theories about the tyrant’s health have swirled online[/caption]

The despot’s last confirmed public appearance was on 7 November at the Valdai Forum in Sochi.

Putin has reportedly disappeared since then for medical reasons, according to the Telegram channel VChK-OGPU, which has security service links.

The tyrant’s inner circle has supposedly been told he is “undergoing a medical examination and a regular course of general health improvement,” per the channel.

Rumours surrounding his health have ramped up after a glaring issue in an eight-minute address Putin gave to his country yesterday.

A sped-up video of this speech showed how the dictator’s hands or fingers did not move an inch through the entire talk.

The despot spoke about Ukraine’s use of long-range US ATACMS missiles and British Storm Shadow missiles.

Amongst Putin’s threats to the West, social media users picked up on the lack of hand movement and shared conspiracy theories about the tyrant’s disappearance.

The KyivPost wrote: “AI? Health issues? You be the judge.”

One X user claimed the video could have been a deepfake.

Other watchers pointed out more oddities like the chair behind Putin moving at odd times and his tie appearing blurry next to his unmoving hands.

Another person claimed his voice and lip movement did not correspond at times.

Previous rumours suggested the Russian leader could be suffering from Parkinson’s disease, as his hands have often been seen twitching.

One X user wrote: “At times he has a bad tremor. Likely to hide this perhaps then (?) – he often grasps a chair or table etc, likely to keep it from being noticed in that way too.”

Another X user suggested Putin did not make this video at all and that AI was used.

Rumours about Putin’s health have not been confirmed and the Kremlin has previously denied that the dictator’s health is failing.

Despite this, the Kremlin has been accused of broadcasting pre-recorded meetings of Putin with Russian politicians.

In a televised meeting with the leader of the New People faction, Alexei Nechayev, on 19 November, two glaring errors were spotted that suggested this clip was old, The Sun previously reported.

The local leader reportedly told the tyrant his MPs had just supported the first reading of the federal budget, which would surge huge spending to the Russian military.

This suggested a huge inconsistency as the budget had its first reading on 24 October and has already had its second reading, which was not mentioned.

Nechayev’s hair also raised questions as the politician has since had a haircut, also indicating the footage was old.

In another televised meeting on 14 November, Putin appeared to meet the hardline Liberal-Democrat Party leader Leonid Slutsky.

Slutsky told Putin about parliamentary election results, but these were in September.

This comes as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has intensified this week.

Kyiv launched US ATACMS missiles against Putin’s territory overnight on Monday – and British Storm Shadow rockets on Wednesday.

Russia responded by firing intercontinental ballistic missiles at Ukraine for the first time.

These ICBMs hit the Eastern cities of Dnipro, Myrhorod, and Kremenchuk yesterday.

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky said Putin was using his country as a “testing ground” for new weapons.

Zelensky, speaking in a video posted online yesterday, said the attack had “all the characteristics… speed, altitude… of an intercontinental ballistic missile.”

He added: “Expert examinations are underway. It is obvious that Putin is using Ukraine as a testing ground.”
