1 week agoNews PlusComments Off on I’m an orgasm expert – the move you & your man need to make daily to keep desire high & SCHEDULING sex is essential too
IF you want to spice up your sex life and keep desire high, you’ve come to the right place and need to listen up.
According to a sex expert, you and your man need to stop neglecting kissing if you want to keep the spark alive.
An orgasm expert has shared her top tips on how to keep the passion alive in your bedroom[/caption]
Dr Karen revealed all to Steven Bartlett on his Diary of a CEO podcast[/caption]
From scheduling sex to the often neglected sexual act, you’ll need to take notes if you want to reach your climax[/caption]
Dr Karen claimed that couples need to “kiss more”, for “kissing sake”[/caption]
Not only this, but according to Dr Karen Gurney, a Clinical Psychologist, Psychosexologist and Couples Therapist, who is also known as the ‘Orgasm Expert’, scheduling sex is essential too.
Dr Karen Gurney, who has been helping people tackle sex problems for over 20 years, claimed that couples must kiss if they want to trigger desire.
She advised: “Kiss more, kiss for kissing sake.
“Kissing often falls off the agenda in long-term relationships.
“The number of times I see that with couples I’m working with that have been together decades, they only kiss as part of sex, or as initiation of sex.
“Kissing is a great way of triggering desire, it’s also a great way of getting our sexual needs met.”
Dr Karen, author of the bestselling book, ‘Mind The Gap: The truth about desire and how to future proof your sex life’, then stressed the importance of scheduling sex.
She continued: “You have to make time to schedule physical intimacy of some type.
“Remember that desire is triggered by that kind of sexual stimuli.
“Whether it’s getting naked on the couch and watching a film together that you know has got good sex scenes in it, whether it’s massage, whether it’s the bath, whether it’s some kind of date night that involves use of your bodies.
“Without that, there are no triggers to your desire, so you’re just kind of waiting the feel it.”
Which generation is having the most sex?
A new report has lifted the lid on bedroom antics.
The research, conducted by experts at Kinsey Institute at Indiana University, revealed the average number of times people of different generations have sex per month.
Gen Z – three times a month
Millennials – five times a month
Gen X – five times a month
Boomers – three times a month
Finally, the sexpert shared the importance of learning more about desire.
She recommended: “The third is to understand how desire works – it’s drastically different than what you’ve been sold and you’re normal if you struggle to get in the headspace sometimes.”
You have to make time to schedule physical intimacy of some type
Dr Karen Gurney
The expert reinforced: “Relationship dynamics are quite fascinating – if you’re experiencing a great deal of relationship conflict, it’s going to affect your sex life, of course, we all know that to be true.
Raucous Role Play: If your partner enjoys dressing up for fun, it shows creativity and a desire to keep things exciting. However, it might signal that he struggles with responsibility.
Multi-Partner Fantasies: Craving variety doesn’t always mean he wants to cheat. However, it could indicate deeper feelings of unfulfillment.
Power & Control: A little dominance is normal, but if it’s always about control, it may hide insecurities.
Adventure: Men seeking thrills may push boundaries, so be sure your comfort zone is respected.
Flexibility: Openness to new experiences is great, but constant novelty-seeking could mean avoiding emotional connection.
Red Flag: If control is his ultimate fantasy, it may signal a deeper struggle with power dynamics.
“But actually it’s the subtle dynamics that are quite important, having distance from each other and being able to bring in novelty and newness, it’s also an emotional separation and about what roles you might get type-cast into in your relationship.
“Something I talk about often is the idea that when we have sex with the same person for a long time, we can start to feel as though there’s only one way for us to be sexually and that’s the way they’re kind of expecting us to be, so it can feel quite suffocating.
“Sometimes that’s the reason people go outside of a monogamous relationship, because they want to experience themselves differently, they want to be a different person sexually.
“And because they feel type-cast in that dynamic – you know, you’re the dominant one, I’m not, the sex that we have is sensual and caring and I want it to be passionate and animalistic – it’s really difficult.”
1 week agoNews PlusComments Off on I used to work in childcare but was sick of being ill so joined OnlyFans…people say it’s ‘sad’ but now I make 4X more
A FORMER childcare worker has claimed she now rakes in four times her old monthly salary after joining OnlyFans.
Just a few years ago, Aimee Higher was playing with adorable kids whilst working her 9-5 job a nursery – but after being sick and tired of falling ill all the time, the former childcare pro decided to make money by selling racy content on OnlyFans.
The young Aussie revealed that she also wanted to become a volleyball athlete before discovering OnlyFans[/caption]
Aimee, who now allegedly rakes in 4x the monthly salary of her old job, said she can now ‘heal’ her anxiety and depression[/caption]
Aimee, who before this was set on a career path as an elite volleyball athlete, explained that although she was ”obsessed” with the sport, she ”still had to pay to play even at the top levels in Australia”.
However, for the young Aussie, both being an athlete and spending long hours with children, wasn’t the right answer, so she desperately started searching for different ways to make cash.
”I adored working with children, but 9-5 wasn’t for me. I got sick regularly and my mental health declined massively,” Aimee shared her journey on Instagram.
”I was searching and trying out many different side hustles – and it was a surprise to me more than anyone else OnlyFans was next in line for me.”
The curly-haired brunette, who regularly uploads sexy bikini snaps on her page, added that it wasn’t a straight-forward journey and ”it took a couple of months” before she found her feet on the controversial platform.
”From the 1-year mark onward, it became a portal of craziness!
”Now, four years in, I’m ready to tackle the next five years with more intention, fun, and clarity,” said Aimee who claimed she had made a whopping four times her normal 9-5 job in just one month after becoming one of the staggering 4.1million content creators on the site.
Despite the criticism the UK-based OnlyFans tends to receive, the Aussie said that ”success means different things to different people”.
”For me, financial freedom gave me access to so many other freedoms, but it wasn’t just about the money.
”It was about the freedom to create and express myself authentically, to invest more time in my mental and physical health (which had been neglected during my 9-5), and to be able to live life on my own terms.”
Aimee, who now boasts more than 330k followers on social media, said that thanks to making a fortune on the controversial subscription site she is now able ”to spend 70%” of her days out in nature and buy a home for her family to grow in.
More importantly, she added, not being stuck in a 9-5 job has given Aimee ”the time to understand and heal” her ”anxiety and depression”.
”It’s been a wild ride with so many highs, lows, and lessons, but looking back, I feel the most successful now that I have an amazing team around me supporting my journey.
”It was a life-changing decision for me, personally.”
What is OnlyFans?
OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
As of 2023, it is thought to have more than 220million registered users and over three million content creators.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to pictures, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t exclusively designed with that in mind – anyone who wants to build up a fan base and charge them for it can set one up.
“Whether you’re uploading tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage or just endless selfies, a lot of your followers would be willing to pay for them,” the company states.
For every subscription that’s sold to a viewer, performers get 80 per cent of the cash while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It isn’t limited to adult content, as it has become popular with physical fitness experts and musicians.
However, her move to ditch a childcare job to flog adult content online has sparked fury amongst critics on Instagram who dubbed the decision ”sad”.
One person said: ”This is so sad. It’s sad for her and it’s sad for all the fellas that pay her.
”This kind of thing is extremely damaging to young people. It’s sad that it’s going to ruin relationships for her down the road.”
Another commented: ”So you gave up your opportunity to be an worthy member of society because you were to lazy for 9 to 5… great stuff!”
”So what I’m hearing is you failed at all your other dreams so you just decided to say fuck it and make an OF make sense,” a third chimed in.
But for Aimee, there’s also been heaps of support, with one fan urging the young woman to not listen to the haters.
”Keep doin your thing girl. Laughing at these boners all the way to the bank!”
A former teacher agreed, writing: ”I used to be a teacher and it was so exhausting.
”Too much stimulation for my brain on a daily basis. So happy there was another option available for us.”

A YOUNG woman who was the result of a one-night stand in the back of a lorry has tracked down her trucker dad – who had no idea she even existed.
Kennedy Wilson wondered about the identity of her father her entire life after being raised by her mum Claire Wilson from birth.
Kennedy Wilson shared the story of how she tracked down her dad when she was 29-years-old[/caption]
Kennedy’s mum never gave her too much detail about her dad, only revealing where they met and the accent he had[/caption]
The 29-year-old said her mum was always “hesitant” to reveal any information about her dad out of embarrassment for how she was conceived.
It wasn’t until Kennedy was a teenager that she discovered she was the result of a one-night stand in the back of a lorry.
Kennedy, who lives near Newcastle, says her mum tried to track down the mystery lorry driver after discovering she was pregnant but was reportedly told he was due to be married.
After her mum’s death in 2014, Kennedy felt even more determined to track down her father using just three pieces of information.
“I thought it would be impossible because she was the only one that had the information that could help,” she said.
“I knew it was something to do with an electricity lorry, my mam believed he had a Yorkshire accent and I put together the time of year I would’ve been conceived and I knew they met on a night out in Whitley Bay.”
Kennedy turned super sleuth to track him down, but after countless appeals online proved unsuccessful, she underwent an Ancestry DNA test in April last year.
A cousin match on her dad’s side was able to narrow down her father’s identity to just two names.
After appealing for help on social media, Kennedy was given Alan’s mobile number and made contact with her possible dad after nearly 30 years.
Kennedy contacted the semi-retired lorry driver from Pontrefract, Yorkshire – who confirmed her details about him were correct.
Alan, 57, was shocked to discover he had a daughter from his liaison decades before – and the pair have since formed a strong bond.
“My mam was always very hesitant to tell me anything [about my dad],” Kennedy said.
“I think she tried to convince herself that I had come from a loving relationship.
“I think she was a bit embarrassed that it happened from a one-night stand.”
However, the reunion helped Kennedy feel like she’d finally found a missing puzzle piece.
I left a voicemail to say ‘I might be your daughter’ and didn’t hear anything.
Kennedy Wilson
“Growing up, nearly everyone at school had both parents so I felt a bit different,” she recalled.
“I felt like there was something missing in my life.
“Last year my friend found out that her dad had other kids after she did an Ancestry test and something in my brain just clicked.
“I thought this could be my last chance.”
When she received her potential father’s contact information, she decided to take the leap.
“I left a voicemail to say ‘I might be your daughter’ and didn’t hear anything,” Kennedy said.
“He had no idea I even existed. He’d never heard anything from my mam after that night so in his eyes it was done.
Kennedy Wilson
“I text him as well to say I believed I could be his daughter.
“Part of me prepared myself for him maybe not wanting a relationship with me.
“He replied that evening to say he was shocked.
“He said as soon as he heard about the lorry in Whitley Bay, he knew.
“He had no idea I even existed.
“He’d never heard anything from my mam after that night so in his eyes it was done.”
Dad-of-two Alan said it was the “strangest feeling” when he discovered he had a daughter that he never knew existed.
Kennedy said her mum was always embarrassed about the circumstances surrounding her conception[/caption]
“As soon as I heard the information about a lorry park, I put two and two together,” Alan said.
“Kennedy had more or less pinpointed where she was conceived.
“Her mother told me she had taken the morning after pill.
“I thought the world had fallen out my backside.
“It was the strangest feeling. I had no idea she even existed. I didn’t want her to feel mad at me, I was oblivious to it all.
“I’m probably not the first lorry driver to do something like this. You just don’t expect 29 years later for someone to come looking for you.”
Kennedy said that she always felt like something was missing from her life when she was growing up[/caption]
The pair spoke on the phone for the following month before deciding to meet halfway between their homes in September last year.
“He said I was the spitting image of his sister. I think at first we didn’t know how to talk, then the conversation just sort of flowed,” Kennedy said.
“I’d always known that my dad was out there somewhere.
“If you’re thinking of doing your own journey, don’t wait. I wasted eight years pondering whether I should do it or not and I wish I did it a lot sooner. Everyone deserves answers.”
“As soon as she got out of the car, it was like looking at my little sister. It doesn’t feel like talking to a stranger. It’s like I’ve known her for ages,” Alan added.
“It’s a strange feeling. It’s like I’ve gained something I never knew I had.”

And those odds will get shorter again if he bolts up at Kempton on Saturday.
While Palladium, the £1.2million world-record purchase, was all the rage at Seven Barrows a few weeks ago, attention has now turned to Lulamba.
He raced just once in France under esteemed trainer Arnauld Chaille-Chaille, winning a 2m2f hurdle on heavy by five lengths.
Lulamba was snapped up the Donnellys after that and the first step of his journey to potential Cheltenham victory is set to come on Saturday.
But regardless of whether racing goes ahead there or not amid the freezing cold snap, punters are keen to have him on-side for the Triumph.
There’s no doubt that, currently, Lulamba is being backed purely on hype and the absolute desperation of some to get a price.
As things stand there is no way he deserves to be so close in the betting to Triumph market leaders East India Dock and Hello Neighbour.
The former won the Grade 2 Triumph Hurdle Trial at Cheltenham by 18 lengths when last seen.
While Hello Neighbour is unbeaten in three and won his latest, also a Grade 2, despite jumping poorly. He has a serious engine.
It’s nigh-on impossible to know what Lulamba was even beating in his Prix Isopani win, with so many of the horses in that race not having run again.
At least the favourite that day, Lanivtsi, won next time out. That can be taken as a positive.
Constitution Hill and Sir Gino were hammered in the betting before they won at Christmas – word obviously got out they were in form.
Maybe the same is happening with Lulamba. Stable whispers travel fast.
In my opinion, there’s currently no need to take the 6-1 about Lulamba for the Triumph.
Wait until he runs here to see what he can do – or just wait until the day.
Lulamba’s price has collapsed in recent days, going from 12-1 to 6-1 with Hills.
Spokesperson Lee Phelps said: “Nicky Henderson’s new French recruit, Lulamba, has seen significant support in the Triumph Hurdle market with the highly-touted hurdler cut to 6-1 from 12-1.
“We added the juvenile hurdler to the market alongside our ‘Non-Runner Money Back’ offer for the Cheltenham Festival on New Year’s Day and we’ve seen a sea of support ever since.
“Owners Joe and Marie Donnelly are no strangers to a top-class hurdler and all eyes will be on his entry at Kempton on Saturday.
“With a previous win on heavy ground at Auteuil, the forecast conditions shouldn’t pose a problem.
“This race will give us a clearer idea of whether he can truly challenge the current market leaders, James Owen’s East India Dock and Hello Neighbour, trained by William Hill Ambassador Gavin Cromwell, with that pair both priced at 7-2.”

United fans were particularly impressed with Ugarte‘s performance at the weekend.
So one person couldn’t help but comment when they saw a lookalike of the midfielder on a popular TV quiz show.
They shared a picture of the contestant in question before taking to X to write: “Running the midfield at Anfield on a Sunday, The Chase on a Tuesday, some bloke Ugarte.”
Another joked: “Ugarte with glasses like Superman with glasses.”
Saved well from Alexis Mac Allister early on and looked strong on set-pieces – could do nothing about either goal and almost stopped Mo Salah’s penalty.
Another two saves right at the death helped his men earn a point.
Noussair Mazraoui – 7
Strong performance to help frustrate Liverpool and produced important interceptions and tackles to clear danger.
Matthijs de Ligt – 7
The Dutchman was another impressive member of the back three and seemed on a mission not to leave Anfield without a share of the spoils.
Harry Maguire – 7
Marshalled the defence well and won several big tackles and clearances.
Had his day spoiled by a yellow card for what looked to a be another great challenge and then blazed over right at the death.
Lisandro Martinez – 7
Excellent alongside the rest of the back three and finished his strike like a seasoned striker.
Diogo Dalot – 7
Played on the front foot and was an attacking threat throughout but landed himself a booking for a needless and blatant foul on Mo Salah.
Kobbie Mainoo – 7
Great defensive and compact display as he got the better of his England rival Curtis Jones in front of Thomas Tuchel.
Was only taken off after United fell behind as his manager went more offensive.
Manuel Ugarte – 6
Just got caught out of position and was punished for Cody Gakpo’s goal, which marred an otherwise hard-fought and disciplined display.
Amad Diallo – 7
Turning into a man capable of producing big moments after another crucial strike. Had messed up twice in two earlier attacks but took his goal superbly.
Bruno Fernandes – 8
The skipper was on top form for the Red Devils both defensively and with the ball.
Led his team well and fully deserved at least a point.
Rasmus Hojlund – 5
Came underfire for slack marking from Fernandes early doors then blew a big chance after beating the offside trap – a chance you NEED to take at Anfield.
Struggled to make much of an impact with the ball.
