The star’s heartbroken parents Geoff and Karen arrived at the church in a black Mercedes people carrier.

Liam will be laid to rest just over a month after he passed away aged just 31.
Dozens of locals and fans have also gathered outside the church to pay their final respects.
The One Direction singer’s funeral is taking place in the Home Counties.
The funeral will be private and attended by just his family and closest friends.
A wake will take place following the service.
It was snowing outside the 12th century church where the funeral is set to take place.
A marquee was put up in preparation for guests’ arrival.
A floral tribute in the shape of bowling pins was also set up by the entrance.
Autumnal floral displays, made up of red and orange leaves, and white roses, were placed around the doorways of the church.
Florists were also seen unloading dozens of bunches of white flowers from a van shortly after 9am.
A source said: “Liam’s funeral is taking place in the Home Counties.
“His family have gone to great lengths to put together the perfect service and give him the send off he deserves.
“Liam may have been a global superstar but to Geoff and Karen he will always be their little boy.
“It is going to be an incredibly difficult day.”
Cheryl, 41, shares son Bear, seven, with Liam and spoke of the grief she feels for her son following his dad’s death.
She was a judge on X Factor when Wolverhampton-born Liam found fame as a teenager – and the couple later began dating in 2016.
They welcomed Bear in 2017 and went their separate ways the following year.
In a short statement following his death, Liam’s family said: “We are heartbroken.
“Liam will forever live in our hearts and we’ll remember him for his kind, funny and brave soul.”
Liam passed away on October 16 after falling from his third floor balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He had been in the country to renew his US visa having relocated to Florida with his girlfriend, American influencer Kate Cassidy.
During his trip he attended Niall Horan’s sell out concert at the Movistar Arena.
After news broke of his son’s passing, Liam’s brave father Geoff travelled out to South America to help authorities bring his son back to the UK.
Liam shot to international fame in 2010 when he auditioned for Simon Cowell’s The X Factor as a solo artist.
He was then put into One Direction by the judges.
Despite only coming third on the show, One Direction went on to become the biggest British group since The Beatles.
Throughout their five years together, they sold 70million records and landed four UK No1 singles and four UK No1 albums.
Speaking in 2022, Liam said he hoped to be remembered simply as being a “nice guy” rather than his musical accolades.
Liam said: “Honestly, just being a nice guy. I’d rather be known for being a nice guy than anything else.”

Real Madrid being sued for millions over VIP Bernabeu SkyBar that costs fans £2,500 a game
REAL MADRID are reportedly being sued for more than £13million over the flagship VIP hospitality suite at the Bernabeu.
The LaLiga giants are renovating their iconic stadium and re-opened it in 2023 with the bulk of the facelift done.
Real Madrid are close to completing their Bernabeu renovation[/caption] The SkyBar was tipped to be the crown jewel in the revamp[/caption] The luxury suite aims to be the pinnacle hospitality suite[/caption] Fans can expect to pay up to £2,500 per match for one of the 200 spaces[/caption]And the construction work saw the addition of the crown jewel of the revamped arena, their epic exclusive ‘superbox’.
The SkyBar is a stunning 700-metres-squared space designed by Room 1804 to be the ultimate luxury football stadium experience hotspot in the world.
With a capacity of 200, the lucky Madrid fans able to get access can expect a restaurant, a massive bar, LED ceiling and walls, wonderful views of the pitch, two outside terraces overlooking the city of Madrid – and can even stay late to make the most of the nightclub in the SkyBar.
It does not come cheap, though, with tickets understood to cost up to £2,500 for a single match.
That could see Real Madrid rake in as much as £500,000 per home game.
With approximately 30 home fixtures in a season and the possibility to stage up to 20 concerts per year and rent out the space on non-matchdays, the beautiful SkyBar was estimated to help generate roughly £25m annually.
However, things have not gone to plan.
The Bernabeu’s rights to host concerts was suspended until spring 2025 in order to adapt the stadium to ensure it complies with anti-noise regulations following protests from neighbours.
FOOTBALL FREE BETS AND SIGN UP DEALS
More worryingly, though, there is still no sign of the SkyBar being open.
Real Madrid were due to open its doors to the prestigious gold, premium and diamond zones for fans six months ago.
But now well into the 2024-25 season, it remains empty and seemingly unable to welcome guests.
And that has reportedly sparked a legal challenge from the company awarded the rights to operate the SkyBar.
According to El Confidencial, Anastasia Gourmet have slapped the 15-time European kings with a lawsuit worth £13.8m for being unable to use the space.
Of that whopping sum, approximately £6m is said to correspond to suppliers, Mundo Deportivo add.
The reports claim Anastasia Gourmet have been blocked from accessing their new premises – prompting the huge loss of expected earnings.
SunSport has contacted Real Madrid for comment.
The vast majority of the Bernabeu’s transformation work is complete – including a new retractable pitch and a new retractable roof, an impressive exterior facade plus a 360-degree video scoreboard.
Costs have sky-rocketed to approximately £1.5billion but it is understood the final stages of the refurbishment will be done in January 2025.

The Love Island star will reportedly be dumped in Jungle Junkyard with no luxury items in tonight’s episode.
MailOnline reports Maura and fellow late arrival Reverend Richard Coles, 62, will be placed in “squalor”.
A show source told the website: “Maura and Richard Coles are in for the shock of their lives when they enter the Australian jungle as they will be sleeping in a horrible junkyard.
“In true I’m A Celeb fashion all is not what it seems, and viewers will soon discover the jungle has many secrets.”
What Maura and Rev Richard will face is still unknown.

Irish star Maura, 33, told The Sun yesterday: “I’m still on Vegas time. I’m not well.

“It was amazing, just very exhausting. It was like, proper, full on . . . when we landed, just the jet lag, no sleep.
“I have no clue what day it is. I don’t know where I am, I’m so confused.”
She added: “I don’t really drink champagne, I’m more red wine. So that gives you a bad hangover, you know.”

Putin gifts ZOO animals to North Korea including lion & two bears…in return for 11,000 cannon-fodder troops
PRESIDENT Putin has gifted zoo animals to North Korea in a bizarre move to thank the nation for the thousands of troops deployed to help fight Ukraine.
The Russian despot gave the animals to pal Kim Jong-Un – as a thank for the 11,000 North Korean troops being fed into Russia’s “meat grinder” in Ukraine.
Russian Natural Resources Minister Alexander Kozlov was at the zoo in Pyongyang to transfer more than 70 animals into North Korea’s care[/caption] The bond between Putin and Kim Jong-un is growing ever stronger as the two nations increase their alliance with a mutual defence treaty[/caption] Footage geolocated by OSINT accounts shows North Korean troops being trained by Russia[/caption]More than 70 animals, including an African lion and two brown bears, were delivered to a zoo in the North Korean capital Pyongyang from Moscow’s zoo.
The animals were said to be “a gift from Putin to the Korean people.”
Alexander Kozlov, Russia’s natural resources minister, oversaw the relocation of the animals.
They were transported by plane to the Pyongyang Central Zoo accompanied by veterinarians from the Moscow Zoo.
Pictures published by the Russian government showed a white cockatoo travelling in a crate and Kozlov receiving a tour of the Korean zoo from local officials.
In April, Russia gifted a number of birds including eagles and parrots to the North Korean zoo, just before to two nations signed a mutual defence treaty in June.
Putin was the recipient of a gift for the signing of the treaty which was his first visit to Pyongyang since July 2000.
Kim brought a pair of Pungsan hunting dogs as a gift for the leader of Russia.
Putin had previously gifted him a £350,000 limousine as a thank-you for providing weapons from North Korea to help in the war.
The pair of ruthless dictators have been forging a close relationship in what has been called an “axis of evil” against the West.
Last month, Kim Jong-Un stepped up his support of Russia by deploying 10,000 troops to the Ukrainian border after Russia suffered 600,000 casualties.
Putin trained up the troops before sending them to the Kursk region which saw NATO condemn the move as “a significant escalation.”
On November 7, President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that 11,000 North Korean soldiers were fighting in the region.
He confirmed: “Some of these troops have already taken part in hostilities against the Ukrainian military.
“Yes, there are already losses, this is a fact.”
The Sun reported that in just a matter of days, Ukrainian forces wiped out 40 “elite” North Korean troops in Kursk.
A North Korean survivor who hid under headless bodies during the bloodbath that took place near the village of Lyubimovka has slammed Russia for “betraying” them.
He claimed they were “sent on an assault in the Kursk region [and] the Russians did not provide us with anything.”
“They threw us into an assault without prior intelligence, without ammunition, without normal weapons,” he added.
Despite warnings that North Korean soldiers could be used as “human shields” in Ukraine, Kim Jong-un could be readying 100,000 troops for Russia, it was reported on Monday.
It is understood that the troops could be deployed in stages and rotated out instead of being sent into the bloodbath in a single move.
A North Korean defector previously told The Sun that entire units of Kim’s troops could desert the minute they reach the frontline.
But, Putin is said to be ready to discuss Donald Trump’s Ukraine peace deal, though the Russian leader has a long list of demands that will heavily impact Kyiv.
The Kremlin could agree to freeze conflict along frontlines – but will refuse to surrender any significant territory, five current and former Russian officials told Reuters.
However, President Joe Biden’s latest move to allow Ukraine to fire American missiles at Russia within its own territory has sparked fears of an escalation rather than peace.
Ukraine fired at least six US missiles deep into Russia on Tuesday and in return embassies in Kyiv were evacuated on Wednesday as fears increased of a massive revenge strike from Putin.
Leaked footage shows the North Koreans training in Russia before being deployed to the Kursk region of Ukraine[/caption]Tyrant Putin's animal soft spot
TYRANT Vladimir Putin has a softer side with his affection for animals - from dogs to leapards.
The warmonger has received a series of furry gifts from world leaders – and Kim is just the latest to give Putin a dog.
In 2017, Turkmenistan’s President gifted Putin a Central Asian Shepherd puppy as a birthday present.
Putin is an avid dog lover and has shown a softer side by kissing his pets.
The tyrant has previously received a Bulgarian shepherd named Buffy from Bulgaria’s premier in 2010 and an Akita named Yume from a Japanese official in 2012.
Putin’s black labrador Konnie, who was famous for terrifying former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, died a few years ago.
He had received Konnie as a gift from a Russian official in 1999.
The Russian despot has also been given horses and even a tiger.

Barry McGuigan was deflated after not receiving his luxury item[/caption] Alan and Danny did their best to win everyone their home comforts[/caption]While they successfully banked eight from the Jungle Delivery Centre, two went unclaimed.
Unfortunately for Jane Moore and Barry McGuigan, they were the ones who missed out.
Both were stoic upon learning the news, but that didn’t stop viewers getting upset on their behalf as the others received their belongings.
One person wrote on X: “Barry’s face when everyone was getting their luxury items. Protect him immediately.”
Another said: “Seeing Barry’s face while everyone’s dancing about with their luxury items.”
A third shared: “Barry seeing everyone with their luxury items.”
When Danny and Alan apologised to Barry, the retired boxer said: “It’s fine. No worries. Thank you for trying. Move on now, guys. What’s next?
While Jane said: “Under that sort of pressure everything you think you know in your brain just falls out of a big trapdoor.
“It was like honestly guys, do not worry about it. It’s absolutely fine.”
Alan and Danny had to save each of the parcels by answering a multiple choice question.
To get hold of Alan’s item, they were asked: “What was Tyrone’s first line in Coronation Street?”
While to win Tulisa’s it was: “What was the original name of Tulisa’s band N-Dubz?”
Alan said: “Eight out of 10 is so good, we smashed it, really happy with that. But also two out of 10, we didn’t get and it’s hard, that!”
Danny added: “It is hard, but I think Jane and Barry will understand.”
Alan was over the moon to get his hands on a golf putter.
