I’m A Celeb’s Alan Halsall’s co-star ex Tisha Merry reveals stunning new house after ‘impossible year’ and split
I’M A Celebrity’s Alan Halsall’s co-star ex Tisha Merry has revealed her stunning new home.
The Sun exclusively revealed how Alan, 41, and Tisha, 30, ended their five-year relationship at the start of this year.
Coronation Street’s Tisha Drew Merry split from Alan Halsall earlier this year[/caption]Tisha, who played bubbly barmaid Steph Britton on Coronation Street, showed off her stunning property.
The actress posted snaps of her neutral toned living room – with cream carpet and matching furniture.
She also joked that she had spent the last two months eating off garden furniture as she awaits a new dining table.
Tisha shared a photo of her roast dinner and glasses of bubbly and wrote: “Almost two months in the new house and still eating off garden furniture. Winning.”
She also gave a glimpse of her chic bedroom with built in wardrobes and plenty of space to get ready.
The soap star captioned it: “It’s the little things that put a smile on your face.
“After what has felt like an impossible year, my little home has certainly given me the peace and happiness I’ve needed.”
At the time of their split, a source close to the pair revealed Tisha moved out of Alan’s Manchester home in January.
Both Alan and Tisha, who were yoga buddies before they started to date, had dropped subtle hints their romance had ended.
Now, an insider close to the pair has revealed the exact reason they called it a day.
They told The Sun: “Alan and Tisha had a lot of love for each other and had really similar interests, enjoying socialising and going on holiday together.
“But they started to drift apart and feel the pressure of making their relationship work get on top of them.
They realised they weren’t on the same page and splitting up felt like the best option.”
“They’ve been focusing on themselves and surrounding themselves with their own friends.”
Tisha moved into Alan’s lavish Manchester pad in 2019 months after they went official with their relationship.
She has removed all photos of Alan from her Instagram account.
Last year Tisha was cast in BBC medical soap Doctors.
On Valentine’s Day Alan shared a snap of his daughter, calling her “My Valentine’s”, while Tisha posted a cryptic message about “fears and insecurities”.
Alan was married to co-star Lucy-Jo Hudson before dating Tisha.
Last night, the Tyrone Dobbs star got candid about his divorce from ex-wife Lucy-Jo even admitting that he struggles to date.
“Lucy left Corrie in about 2005, then we got married in 2009. We then split up after Sienna was born,” Alan told campmates Dean McCullough and Tulisa Contostavlos.
“I love what I’ve got, even now I’m on my own I love just being dad. I’ve never done dating apps,” he admitted.
The Coronation Street star then admitted that with dating apps, he wouldn’t know how to navigate them, exclaiming, “I don’t even know what I’d do!”
Alan and his ex-wife Lucy-Jo, who he mentioned while talking about his dating life, split in 2018.
The pair met on the set of Coronation Street and were then married in 2009, and in 2013, they welcomed their daughter Sienna-Rae.

HISTORY OF MARKS & SPENCER
WHEN Michael Marks, an immigrant from the north of England, was able to obtain a stall in Leeds' Kirkgate Market in 1884, M&S was born.
He used the catchphrase “Don’t ask the price, it’s a ‘penny'” to build his career after arriving with little money and minimal command of English.
His little booth selling basic home goods was rapidly booming because of this simple idea and his diligent work.
Michael teamed up with Dewhirst wholesalers’ cashier Tom Spencer to help his expanding firm.
This collaboration gave rise to “Marks & Spencer” and its initial Penny Bazaar locations, which helped the company take shape as we know it today.
Marks & Spencer then went on to first opened its doors in Ireland on Mary Street in Dublin on November 13, 1979.
More than 15,000 purchases were made on the first day of trading.
Moment Jude Bellingham gives Arsenal transfer hope after fan asks him to join Gunners
JUDE BELLINGHAM has given Arsenal fans a glimmer of hope that he may line up for the Gunners one day.
The England superstar joined Read Madrid last summer for an initial £88.5m from Borussia Dortmund.
The England star refused to rule out a move to Arsenal when asked to join the club by a Gunners’ fan[/caption]Los Blancos aren’t thinking about selling their midfield maestro after he scored 19 goals and provided six assists in 28 La Liga games last season.
But one young Arsenal fans was delighted to hear that Bellingham isn’t ruling out the idea of signing for the North London outfit.
While waiting to meet Bellingham at England‘s training camp during the international break, one Gunners supporter tried his luck by asking Bellingham to sign for the club.
The youngster said: “Come to Arsenal, Jude, Please. We will look after you”.
And much to the fan’s surprise, Bellingham kept his options open by simply replying: “Maybe”.
Of course, it’s unlikely that this is any kind of genuine admission that Bellingham is thinking about joining Mikel Arteta’s side.
But that didn’t stop Arsenal fans from losing their minds at the prospect of the 21-year-old lining up at the Emirates Stadium.
On social media, on wrote: “OH MY GOD PLEASE! I AM ON MY KNEES, PLEASE!!”.

While another added: “He didn’t say no”.
A third commented: “That’s enough to tell Mikel to break the bank”.
And a fourth posted: “I mean he didn’t say no, so…”
Bellingham has previously revealed that he is hoping to spend his long-term future with Real Madrid.
Speaking last season, he said: “I want to stay at Real Madrid for the next 10-15 years of my life. This is where I want to be. I am loving it at Real!”.
Arsenal may be looking to raid Real Madrid for one of Bellingham’s teammates this January though.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, the Gunners are eyeing a move for Turkish wonderkid Arda Guler.

DISGRACED Rolf Harris died penniless, official documents reveal.
Vile Harris – who lived out his final years as a recluse after being convicted of child sex crimes – succumbed to neck cancer last May aged 93.
Official documents reveal paedophile Rolf Harris died penniless[/caption] It’s thought his wealth was carved off to make it difficult for victims to get compensation[/caption] He left a fortune of £16million to his wife Alwen (left) and daughter Bindi (centre)[/caption]At the time, it was said that he left behind a fortune of around £16million that would be passed down to his wife Alwen and daughter Bindi, 60.
But probate documents show that – when he died – his assets were said to be worth just £438,802.
When expenses were taken out the net value of his estate was £0.
It is thought much of his wealth may have been carved off before his death to make it difficult for his victims – who were seeking compensation for their trauma – to get access to his fortune.
The former TV favourite was convicted in 2014 and sentenced to five years and nine months in jail for 12 indecent assaults on four underage girls between 1968 and 1986.
He was finally nailed under the Met Police’s Operation Yewtree probe into historic sex abuse which also saw stars including Stuart Hall and Fred Talbot jailed.
Aussie Harris – a staple of children’s TV in the 1980s – was released from prison in 2017 part-way through a re-trial on four accusations of indecent assault.
In November 2017, he appeared at the Court of Appeal in London to try to overturn his convictions but succeeded on only one.
However, the other 11 convictions remained.
Harris, who died from neck cancer, lived his final years as a recluse at his luxury £5million home on the banks of the Thames, in upmarket Bray, Berkshire.
Much of his fortune is believed to have been spent on round-the-clock carers that looked after him and his wife Alwen, who died in September this year after suffering from dementia.
His legal documents show that his last will was signed in March 2022, just a year before his death, and was witnessed by two of his carers.
Investigator and ex-detective Mark Williams-Thomas – who helped to convict Harris – said: “This is yet another disgrace.
“He has obviously planned to get rid of money and assets and there is no way he’d have actually been penniless.
“He had amassed a huge amount of wealth and I would assume he has squirreled it away to avoid victims making claims on it, even after his death.
“The man had no shame.”
Best known for hits Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport and Jake The Peg, as well as a string of children’s TV hits, Harris painted the 80th birthday portrait of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
When he died it was estimated that his fortune could be as much as £16million, but his conviction on paedophile charges also severely impacted his wealth.
