AER LINGUS is now hiring cabin crew for 2025 – but you’ll need to be quick.
The popular airline is hiring cabin crew member who will work across their expanding network of flights within Europe and North America.
Candidates will be assessed on a date in early December, where they will meet a Nobox representative who will guide them through the process.
A member of the Training Academy will conduct your one-on-one height, reach and harness assessment to ensure you’re fit for the role.
Next, you’ll meet a senior member of the Aer Lingus Inflight Services Team for a Uniform Adherence check.
If you pass these checks, you’ll move on to an interview with a member of the Aer Lingus team.
Successful candidates will start an intensive six-week paid training program at the Aer Lingus Training Academy in Dublin.
The course will run from March to May 2025, aligning with Aer Lingus’ busy flight schedules.
As a trainee, you’ll gain an understanding of health and safety, customer service and grooming standards all while earning a salary.
Once fully qualified, you’ll earn a competitive annual salary of €29,883.26 plus an average variable pay of €6,500.

Other benefits include staff parking, access to a health and fitness club, and a contributory pension plan.
But candidates must be quick, as the deadline for applications ends on November 25, 2024.
To apply, you need to be at least 18 years old and eligible to live and work in Ireland without restrictions.
What’s needed to apply?
Applicants must be able to apply for US immigration and entry visas, as travel to and from the United States is required.
A valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel is also necessary for the role along with at least 12 months of experience in a customer service or sales role – ideally face-to-face with customers.
Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, as all training is conducted in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and you must be adaptable to shifts, unsociable hours, weekends, holidays and overnight duties.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete a height and reach assessment based on the aircraft types used by Aer Lingus.
You’ll need to follow Aer Lingus’ uniform policy, with no visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
Additionally, applicants must pass an airport security vetting procedure – including a five-year background check.
If you’re not an Irish citizen, a current police disclosure certificate from your home country and any country you’ve lived in for more than six months is required.
