A COLLEGE is on lockdown after cops scrambled to a “threat” – with students told to “switch off phones”.
Farnborough Sixth Form College said: “The College was placed into lockdown on 19 November 2024 at approximately 11:45am on the advice of the local Hampshire police force.
“This was in response to a report from a member of the public. The police are onsite.”
In an update at 1pm, the college said: “On the advice of the Police, the Lockdown has been reinstated.”
Hampshire Constabulary has been contacted for comment.
